At Lake Austin Locals, every piece you order is made just for you — printed on demand, one at a time. We don’t mass-produce or warehouse inventory. That means each shirt, hoodie, hat, or print is created specifically when you place your order.

We do this because we love design, creativity, and lake life — not because we’re trying to build a big box store. This made-to-order approach keeps waste low, supports small-batch craftsmanship, and lets us stay focused on creating art that means something.


🩵 If Something’s Wrong

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll replace it — no questions asked. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery to

Because each product is made just for you:

  • We can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference changes.

  • Please check the size guide and product details carefully before ordering.

  • If you’re unsure about fit, we’re happy to help before you order — just message us.

30-Day Return Window

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you on a return or exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unworn and in original condition. To initiate a return, email andy@lakeaustindesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
